General

What are the heating and handling instructions?

Baking Frozen Unbaked Products

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C.
  2. Make sure product is completely thawed before heating.
    For best results, tray up and leave overnight in the
    chiller to thaw out.
  3. Brush egg wash (1 part milk, 2 parts egg) over the product.
  4. Place in oven and bake at 210°C for 20 minutes or until the
    top of the product is golden brown.

Re-Heating Baked Products

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place trayed up products in hot oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
  3. Recommended holding and serving core temperature 70°C.

Pie Warmers

  1. Preheat product in oven as above prior to placement in warmer.
  2. Preheat pie warmer prior to placement of product.
  3. Arrange no more that 8 pies, 6 pasties or 12 sausage rolls per shelf, leaving lower shelf empty.
  4. Recommended holding and serving core temperature 70°C .
  5. Remove from lower shelf first. Check product for excessive drying.
  6. Discard unsold product at end of trade or after 4 hours in the warmer.

Handling And Storage Instructions

Frozen products should be kept frozen at minus 18°C, fresh products should be kept refrigerated at 5°C or less until ready to serve.
Some products are not suitable for freezing – please ask our customer service team should you require more information.
N.B Please note that this is a general guideline only, times & temperatures may vary according to oven & pie warmer brands.

Do you supply to the public?

Yes we do supply to the public through our seconds factory outlet.

Large orders can be placed for collection through the seconds factory outlet. Orders can be placed by contacting our Customer Service Dept on 9376 9376.

Can I purchase factory seconds?

Yes we have a factory seconds outlet on site.

Delivering & Ordering

How do you place an order

To place an order you must have a valid account with us. If you don’t have an account please contact us for further information on how to open an account.

For efficient delivery and service please assist by quoting:

  • Your ACCOUNT NAME
  • What date/day you want the order delivered
  • Your name

To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order by the following times:
Monday to Friday – 3.00 pm

Order Friday by 3pm for Saturday and Monday Deliveries

Where do you deliver?

Perth Metro Area (including Mandurah):

Our Perth metro delivery service operates 6 days a week for our daily delivery service and frozen product is delivered on select days. Please contact us to find out delivery times for your area.

Regional Western Australia:

WA clients outside our Perth metro delivery zone may nominate their carrier of choice for delivery from Perth. We will deliver to your freight forwarder of choice within the Perth metro area on the designated delivery date.

Interstate Delivery:

We can arrange delivery of frozen produce across Australia. Our preferred carrier is Rand Transport, a fully accredited frozen transport company, however, we can also use your nominated transport company.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $77 for daily deliveries and $121 (inc.GST) for frozen deliveries.
(includes free delivery for business account holders only)

What are your certifications?

Our commitment to product safety and service quality is second to none. We operate under an independently audited food safety programme, a commitment to continuous quality improvement and as an independently audited bakery.

We pride ourselves on producing our products to the highest quality and food safety standards and we are regularly audited to ensure that we are working to best practice at all times.

As holders of the HACCP certification, we work tirelessly to ensure that our manufacturing processes exceed the guidelines set down within this certification.

 

Allergens

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes, each product does contain some type of allergen/s or traces of, therefore for further product information please ask our customer service team.

All products are also produced in a facility that handles nuts, including peanuts. Whilst every precaution is taken at the time of production, we cannot guarantee that traces of egg, gluten, dairy or nuts are not transferred between products during handling, decorating and packing.
